New construction
Custom homes built from the ground up on an empty or cleared lot.

From a lot to a house
A new build starts before the drawings do: what the lot will allow, where the utilities are, how steep it is, and what the soil underneath it is doing. Those four answers shape the design and most of the budget.
We can take a project from that first survey through to final inspection, or come in once you have an architect and a set of drawings you are happy with.
Slope, access and soil
A great deal of Los Angeles County is built on hillsides, and a sloping lot changes the foundation, the retaining, the drainage and how much it costs to get a truck close to the work.
We would rather tell you that at the first visit than discover it in month three, so the walk-through is where we look hardest.
