We are a design-build general contractor working across Northern and Southern California. The work below is most of what we build; the rest is the trades it is made of.
Primary services
Fire rebuild
Ground-up reconstruction on a cleared lot, from debris and survey through final inspection.
New construction
Custom homes built from the ground up on an empty or cleared lot.
ADU
Accessory dwelling units: detached, attached, or converted from space you already have.
Whole-home remodel
Reworking a whole house (structure, systems and finishes) rather than one room.
Kitchen & bath
The two rooms with the most going on behind the walls, done properly.
Foundations & framing
The structure everything else depends on, including on difficult ground.

These are scopes we carry on our own projects, and take on their own where it makes sense.
Site and exterior
Demolition and site clearance
Structural removal and site clearing, including debris handling and haul-off.
Excavation and grading
Earthwork, cut and fill, and drainage so water leaves the site the way it should.
Roofing
Re-roofs and new roofs, including Class A assemblies in fire hazard severity zones.
Exterior finishes
Stucco, siding, windows and doors, the layer that keeps weather on the outside.
Systems
Plumbing
Supply and drainage, repipes, and fixture installation on new and existing work.
Electrical
Rewiring, panel upgrades, lighting, and EV charger circuits.
HVAC
Heating, ventilation, air conditioning and zoning, sized to the house rather than to a rule of thumb.
Fire sprinklers
Residential sprinkler systems where the code requires them, coordinated with the framing.
Interior
Drywall and insulation
Board, tape and finish, with insulation to the current energy code.
Paint and wall finishes
Interior and exterior painting, including preparation, which is most of the work.
Flooring
Hardwood, engineered timber, tile and stone, over a substrate that has been prepared for it.
Cabinetry and millwork
Kitchens, built-ins, closets and trim, made to the dimensions of the room they go in.
