A house on Homepark Avenue, photographed from a graded lot through full framing and rough-in. A complete ground-up fire rebuild: site prep, foundation, framing, and now into mechanicals.

The main house and a detached garage are framed side by side on a sloping lot, which is what the long run of stepped foundation formwork in these photographs is doing.
