A two-storey residence of six bedrooms and four baths, taken back and rebuilt inside and out, with a detached ADU alongside it.

The house came in dated rather than damaged: oak cabinetry, gold-framed shower enclosures, a kitchen laid out as a galley with a built-in desk run. It was stripped to the studs, wrapped, and put back with the plan reconsidered: one seated island where the galley had been, a double vanity and a freestanding tub in the primary bath, and large-format marble throughout.
